Additional guidelines for IPv6
The sending IP must have a PTR record (i.e., a reverse DNS of the sending IP) and it should match the IP obtained via the forward DNS resolution of the hostname specified in the PTR record. Otherwise, mail will be marked as spam or possibly rejected.
The sending domain should pass either SPF check or DKIM check. Otherwise, mail might be marked as spam.

e jbm li ga... postavio sam simetrican PTR (vec je postojao, ali nije bio simetrican A recordu) i dodao SPF, i posle 1 dana je proradilo slanje na gmail... e sad, obzirom da sam u medjuvremenu forsirao postfix da koristi samo ipv4, ne znam da li je ovo kombinacija pomogla ili je dovoljan samo jedan cinilac? u svakom slucaju postojanje SPF-a i simetricnog PTR-a je danas obavezno ukoliko drzite mail server i zelite da neko primi mail od njega
