Evo još jedan link, gde su detaljnije objašnjene stvari:

Mali isečak, oko instalacije kod korisnika:
Citat:
SQL Server Compact Edition, which runs in-process with the hosting application, doesn’t have any services or other options to be configured during installation. SQL Server Compact Edition exposes its configuration options within the connection string, allowing each instance to specify parameters specific to that application usage scenario. These DLLs can be centrally installed on a user’s computer with an MSI. However, using the MSI does require administrative rights to register the ADO.NET managed provider within the Global Assembly Cache (GAC). The same DLLs can also be privately deployed within the hosting application. Client applications, such as those deployed with ClickOnce are typically installed under the user’s Documents & Settings folders, which means the installation process does not require administrative rights.
I da, definitivno ne podržava programiranje:
Citat:
SQL Server Compact Edition does not support stored procedures, views, or triggers. Because of this, some developers may not consider SQL Server Compact Edition to be a “real” data store. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before arriving at this conclusion...
I na kraju, IMHO, zašto je rešenje za dva koplja bolje od Accessa:
Citat:
It enables the same T-SQL and procedural constructs support for stored procedures as it does for other data service editions.
