User Experience Designer

We are looking for creative people to join our team on the following position:
UX Designer
As a UX Designer you will be a part of our Research and Products Development team that is focused on researching new technologies, evaluating new product ideas and developing PSTech products. We expect of you to display initiative and focus on innovation, to have strong research practices and deliver high quality design, on time. In addition, you must have a passion for user experience, and implement product design by means of visual and functional solutions that respond to user needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Prototyping and designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Evaluating new products and ideas
• Proof of concept design
• Look & feel design
• Requirements analysis
• Interaction & flow analysis
• Creating personas and use case scenarios
• Creating development sketches & detailed mockups

But we set the bar high, this is what we expect:
• At least 2 years of experience on a UX Designer position
• Experience in designing web-based and interactive user interfaces
• Experience in designing user interfaces for Android and iPhone applications
• Familiarity with Android User Interface Guidelines and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• UX prototyping and wireframing skills using various tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Pencil)
• High level of creativity and problem solving abilities
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
Following skills will be considered an advantage:
• Expertise in visual design using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of Javascript
• Knowledge of jQuery
