Software Testing (QA) Manager/Novi Sad

Job Description:
- Managing different types of test projects (functional test, stress test, etc)
- Create test plans, test cases (including automated tests) and test scripts
- Manage the test team
- Review technical and functional specifications and provide input on behalf of QA
- Create test reports and analyze the test results
- Organize the testing environments and the test data
- Train and support the production test engineers in testing items
- Execute manual/automated test scripts as needed
- University degree in computer science
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Experience with client-server and web architectures (Java or .Net web platforms are preferable)
- Proven testing and analytical skills
- Understanding of Risk Based Test Methodologies (TMap, Compuware Quality Point, etc) or other formal methodologies and processes
- Good understanding of software development principles
- Communicative, fluent in English, pro-active
- Strong team orientation
- Work experience within a multinational software company is a plus
