Senior Software Engineer

The software development teams are responsible for developing and programming in relation to all the different business projects or ongoing initiatives for InternetQ.
Purpose of the Role:
The role is responsible for the development, programming, designing, testing and documenting existing or new projects.
Accountabilities:
• Full lifecycle application development.
• Designing, coding and documenting applications in various software languages.
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.
• First level software testing and quality assurance.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality.
• Integrate software with existing systems.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
• Implement localization or globalization of software.
Qualifications:
• University studies in Computer and Systems Engineering or other relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge of the .NET framework, Visual Studio (ASP. NET, C#, .Net 2.0 – 4.0, Visual Studio 2008 or 2010) and SQL Server 2005 or 2008, or equivalent knowledge of the corresponding Java technologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL programming and data architecture.
• Experience in XML and Web Services.
• Experience in use of development source control tools, preferably SVN.
• Experience in Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) design and development.
• Experience in System as a Service products development.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ).
• Excellent command in English language.
• 4-6 years relevant experience.

• Very strong design and programming skills, with great attention to detail and design.
• Ability to learn and master any technology, language or development environment that InternetQ is using or might need in the future.
• Ability to work in tight deadlines.
• Team working ability.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
